Effectively mitigated a retention and recruiting challenge common among supportive sales organizations. Developed compelling, data-supported, messaging to demonstrate the value of joining or continuing with organization versus joining another firm or becoming independent. This marketing tool included career financials and how they differ from other organizations, the value of direct benefits, and quantification of more intangible benefits such as growth rate and removal of advisor obstacles. The messaging is being used successfully to acquire and retain talent.
