Transitioned a private wealth organization from being product-focused to client-focused. Developed a robust custom CRM to drive higher service levels and client satisfaction levels. Used CRM tool to increase consistency across clients and provide visibility across the team. That visibility enabled the organization to function in synchronicity in their interactions with clients. The CRM included aggregate calendar and activity log for leadership visibility and planning.
