Solved a significant turnover issue at a counseling center. Therapists were leaving because the organization was taking more as therapists were maturing and needing less support. Designed and implemented a creative compensation model which gives upside opportunities to therapists wanting to increase their income. This system automatically identifies the peak 4-week revenue period during the trailing 13 weeks and uses that level to determine commission percent. The more revenue, the higher the payout. Robust reporting was incorporated into payroll to provide easy-to-understand payroll calculations.
