Designed and developed a comprehensive scorecard for financial advisors comparing individuals at similar points in their career. Incorporated 3-year trends and benchmarks related to key measurements such as household count and size, household demographics, account distributions, fees charged, production, etc. Scorecard was the primary source for individual practice reviews.
