Space Utilization & Hiring Intelligence

Obstacle:

Psychotherapy organization had multiple obstacles to growth. They struggled with inefficient use of space which negatively impacted profitability and ability to meet increases in demand. Organization also lacked proper intelligence to know when to hire.

Solution:

Designed, built and implemented a block-schedule tool improving revenue per square foot and providing ability to grow without expanding space. Enhanced the same tool to provide intelligence regarding therapist capacity and utilization which greatly improves hiring decisions.
