Consulting firm’s complex deal structures and related commissions were creating an administrative challenge impacting overhead cost and accuracy.

Solution:

Designed, built, and trained staff on CommTrack, a robust commissions administration tool which calculates and tracks complex commissions. This allowed the client to be precise in their incentive structure.
