Solved an issue of employee performance measurement in a field where direct feedback and observation is inaccessible. Leveraged multiple indirect and peripheral data sources at a Psychotherapy center to determine benchmarks for therapists and measure therapists’ activity in relation to those benchmarks. This information is used for coaching therapists to use best practices and flag areas of concern.
