Fee Schedule Initiative

Explored the fees charged to approximately 13,000 clients and their 36,000 accounts across 45 independent advisors. Discovered a natural fee rate pattern and quantified the impact of excessive discounting both to the advisors and to the company. Created individual advisor analyses, held coaching sessions and drove change resulting in more than $1M in annual recurring revenue. Established a standard fee schedule and implemented guidelines to hold junior advisors accountable to adherence to permanently establish a more profitable operation for both advisors and company. 10% increase in revenue for coached advisors.
